Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes Recipe

TIP: Slice potatoes the same thickness so they cook evenly, or use a mandolin slicer for precise cuts. Double the recipe to make in a large Crockpot – serve some with dinner and freeze the other half for a last-minute heat-and-eat side!


  • 6-8 Klondike Goldust® potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation Steps
  1. In a large bowl combined all ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray and pour in mixture.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
