- Taylor Farms Kale and Beet Salad
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 shallot minced
- Goat cheese to top (optional)
Toss the quinoa and walnuts with the Taylor Farms Kale and Beet Salad.
Combine the vinegar, shallot and honey. Whisk in the olive oil.
Pour dress over the salad and toss.
For a little something extra, top with goat cheese!
