Hey, love birds! Valentine's Day is a day of love and we are here to show you a few ways to spice up your sex life – with food. Aphrodisiacs are defined as a food, drink, or drug that stimulates sexual desire, and we think these 10 foods and three recipes will be just the hot thing to rev up those engines!

When planning your looooong night, it's going to be all about the foods! For the main course, try something with Hot Chili Peppers! Due to capsaicin, this pepper increases blood flow and increased body heat. They can also cause the brain to release endorphins, which are a feel-good chemical. For dessert? Well, we all know that chocolate is the favorite on Valentine's Day, and here's just another reason why it will make the perfect gift for your lover! Due to the compounds tryptophan and phenylethylamine, chocolate enhances the effect of desire, and stimulates the feel-good emotions! So, chocolate - coupled with other foods in our following list, should help create the perfect sentient evening that would make Cupid proud!
