For this recipe, here's a few tips, tricks, and substitutions for making the most delicious Potatoes Duchess:

Potato Skins: Since the skin on Minute Mashers™ is so thin, you don't need to worry about peeling the potatoes! If you're not using Minute Mashers™, then we suggest peeling your potatoes before boiling them.

Potatoes: If you're using regular potatoes, rather than Minute Mashers™, we suggest using a creamier potato like a yellow potato or Green Giant™ Fresh Goldust® potatoes. You will need to boil these potatoes first before mashing.

Seasoning: Use any seasoning you love in this recipe! Potatoes are so versatile and go well with so many different kinds of cuisine so get creative and try different ideas.

Equipment: If you don't have a piping bag, then you can try placing your mashed potato mixture into a large zip-top bag and cutting a small hole in the corner.
