We can improve our overall well-being so easily by just adding some prunes into our daily diet! And you know what? They're delicious! This prune juice by Sunsweet does just the trick! And it's perfect as a base for a fruit-filled smoothie like we made.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Prune Juice
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2-3 dashes cayenne
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen coconut water

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend! Simple!
