Samascott Ochards is a family owned and operated farm that was started in the early 1900's. In its early days, the farm was much like other farms of its time; Many crops were grown, but dairy products and caring for dairy cows were the main focus. With their newly purchased land, their apple crop grew significantly in size which gave way to the introduction of pick-your-own in the early 1960's.
